Travellers can now share their journey experience in real time, from security to shopping, using our multi-language feedback kiosks placed throughout the terminal.
Designed for busy international environments, the kiosks capture instant insights from passengers on the move. Whether it’s a smiley tap at security or a quick comment about facilities, each response helps airport teams understand what’s working and where improvements can be made.
In September 2025, we also delivered our user training sessions on site — and the energy was incredible. Staff across all roles were eager to learn, ask questions, and put new techniques into action straight away. It’s always inspiring to see teams so passionate about creating better passenger experiences through data and feedback.
