A couple of weeks ago we caught up with Steve Mayers, Director of Customer Experience, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Atlanta is the world’s busiest airport, handling over over 100 million passengers every year, so he knows a thing or two about Customer Experience.
Steve gives some Customer Experience tips, and explains how Avius Surveys provide insights which help them improve operations and customer satisfaction.
