Our developers have given us an early Christmas present, an exciting update to Online Surveys.
There’s a new look and lots of new functionality. This means that online surveys can now reflect your brand and mirror your on-site surveys.
The new look allows more flexibility to match your brand style, and on-site kiosk survey. Bespoke themes can be created for use on all of your surveys, we’ll:
- Include your logo
- Use a brand background colour or image
- Match the font style and colour to your brand
ONE QUESTION PER PAGE
To make Online Surveys more attractive, easier to use and mobile friendly, the layout has changed to display one question per page.
The majority of online respondents complete surveys on a mobile device, so the new design is fully responsive for desktop and all devices.
There’s new functionality which includes advanced survey logic.
You can create a different route through your survey depending on the answers respondents give to each question.
The order of the answer options can change for each respondent, or every time the page reloads.
You can set a maximum selection of answers for multiple choice questions.
GDPR PRIVACY NOTICE
You can now add a Privacy Notice into any question where you collect personal data. This is to help your company be compliant with GDPR.
NEW QUESTION TYPES
The are more question types available to create a more complex survey to provide you with more actionable insights.
- Image questions
- Image CSAT question
- Multiple choice question plus an image
- Icon list question with or without additional image
- Multiple choice icon question
- Improved Rating Matrix questions
