Avius Surveys are part of Los Angeles International Airport’s pilot of new Smart Restrooms. As well using Tooshlights at LAX’s Terminal 4, LAX have also installed Avius Surveys so customers can notify them of any problems in the bathrooms.
Clean and available restrooms consistently rank top of what passengers want at an airport. “We’re incredibly excited to try out this new technology, which should help improve our guest experience and allow us to better monitor and service our restrooms,” said Barbara Yamamoto, Chief Experience Officer at LAWA.
